We are seeking a Campus Administrator for Ebenezer Integrated Care & Rehab to lead and oversee all operations of one of Ebenezer's newest Skilled Nursing Facility,  ensuring quality care, financial sustainability, and employee engagement. This executive leadership role is pivotal in driving strategic initiatives, fostering collaboration, and maintaining compliance with regulatory standards. Ebenezer Integrated Care & Rehab includes a transitional care, long-term care unit, small memory care unit, and an Adult Day Care Center.

Requirements

Qualifications
Required:

• Bachelor’s degree in LTC Administration, Management, Human Services, or related field.
• Minimum 1 year of administrative or management experience.
• Current Minnesota Nursing Home Administrator License.

Preferred:

• 3+ years in long-term care or healthcare administration.
• Master’s degree (MBA or related).
