Our Company is currently looking for an ASSOCIATE INSIDE SALES ACCOUNT MANAGER to work in our Englewood Cliffs, NJ office.
Reporting to the President of Greentech USA, the Associate Inside Sales Account Manager will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, maintaining relationships with existing clients, and driving sales growth. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills and a strong understanding of sales processes, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service. The position will work with multiple departments across the organization, always ensuring the best customer service to our clients. Job Description
Primary responsibilities will include (but are not limited to):
- Become familiar with Greentech’s ingredients and technologies
- Present and sell Greentech’s ingredients and technologies to new and existing customers
- Conduct market research on our customers - who they are, how they buy and their key buying criteria
- Prospect and contact potential customers
o Identify new brands, via ULP, trade shows (IBE for example), web and internet
Reach agreed upon sales targets by deadline
o Report on new projects and wins on a monthly basis
Write call reports/ notes on the contacts on weekly basis
o Compile sales opportunity analyses as required
- Track results and report on a monthly basis on the reported customers
- Support marketing projects and initiative to increase brand awareness and engage customers
- Develop a sales plan including key activities to support the retention of existing customers and the acquisition of new customers
- Develop/ Maintain strong relationships with new and current customers by addressing customer complaints, regulatory, samples
- Support our Outside Sales force:
o Coordinate efforts across different Greentech’s departments to provide the highest level of service to customers
- Other duties as assigned
Competencies:

Education and Experience:
- Degree in Science (Biology, Chemistry, environmental science(sustainability)) preferred
- Experience working in customer facing roles in the specialty ingredients/cosmetics industry is strongly desired
- Motivated self-starter with outgoing personality
- Ability to create actionable takeaways from data and able to prove what is –or isn’t—working
- Experience in price negotiation and follow up
Travel required – limited at least at start
