Practice Overview
- Step into an established gastroenterology practice with a full patient panel from a retiring physician
- Serve a large 42-county catchment area with minimal regional GI competition
- Practice in a fully equipped 30,000 sq. ft. Endoscopy Center with over 10,000 sq. ft. of dedicated procedure space
- Opportunity to perform ERCP and EUS if desired (not required)
- Hospital-supported model ensures stability, resources, and growth
Team and Support
- Work alongside GI-trained APPs, dedicated Nurse Practitioners, and experienced RNs and surgical technologists
- Strong clinical infrastructure with four Medical Assistants per pod
- Streamlined clinic and endoscopy workflow designed for efficiency
- Supportive leadership with access to modern technology and top-tier facilities
Schedule
- Four full days of outpatient endoscopy procedures (7:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.)
- One day is split between clinic responsibilities and administrative time
- Flexible scheduling options, including three weeks per month with extended time off
- No inpatient duties, no call, and no weekends
Compensation & Benefits
- Base salary of $650,000-$700,000 with significant RVU upside
- Total compensation well above national gastroenterology benchmarks
- Signing bonus, CME allowance, and malpractice coverage with tail
- Full benefits package plus on-site amenities, including childcare and a fitness center
