Position Introduction and Overview:
In this role, you'll lead our forecasting engine as an analytical Senior Manager of Regional Operations Forecasting - turning data into foresight and plans into action. This role sits at the center of execution and strategy, serving as an architect to model critical business decisions.
You'll partner across a multitude of stakeholders across the organization to model capacity, resource planning strategies, and guide the forecasting function toward efficient supply utilization optimization with recommendations to senior leadership. Logistics: This role can be hybrid in Dallas area, or remote. Some travel may be required.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Lead our regional forecasting strategy by building, refining, and owning regional operational forecasts across demand and supply for our In-Home and Virtual clinician visits
- Evaluate existing data sources and reports to enhance current forecasting analyses and models, identifying opportunities for increased efficiency and accuracy
- Transform data into actionable strategies by analyzing historical trends, market dynamics, potential risks, and emerging opportunities to generate clear insights and scenario-based models to optimize forecasts
- Perform root cause analyses to identify solutions when presented with expectation deviations, and disseminate findings along with comprehensive corrective actions and mitigation strategies to enhance overall business performance
- Drive Operational Excellence and Efficacy cultivation of workforce planning in both 1099 and W2 clinician networks, maximizing performance and minimizing costs
- Prepare and deliver regular, impactful reports and present strategic updates to executive leadership, utilizing clear narratives and data-driven recommendations
- Develop implement forecasting tools, dashboards, and tactical automation strategies
- Foster strong collaboration with Finance counterparts on cross-functional planning initiatives to ensure organizational alignment to business objectives and planning timelines
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree, preferably in a quantitative field (e.g., Engineering, Business, Economics, Analytics, Supply Chain).
- An equivalent combination of training and experience will be considered instead of a college degree
- 5 or more years of relevant professional experience.
- Experience using the Google suite of products, including Drive, Docs, Sheets, Slides and Calendar management.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills - proven ability to construct a compelling business narrative around complex analytical findings, effectively translating data insights into strategic guidance and recommendations for a non-technical executive audience.
Preferred Qualifications:
- 5+ years of hands-on experience developing, deploying, and managing complex analytical models (e.g., time series, regression, simulation) for operational forecasting or capacity planning in a high-volume environment.
- Proficiency with data analytics or modeling using Excel spreadsheets, SQL (or querying language), and/or PowerBI, Tableau, or similar data visualization product.
- Knowledge of corporate financial concepts (P&L management, budget development, variance analysis, etc.).
- Strong understanding of S&OP, demand/supply planning, and integrated business planning processes.
- Prior healthcare experience a plus.
Pay Range
The typical pay range for this role is:
$75,400.00 - $165,954.00
This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above. This position also includes an award target in the company's equity award program.
